E encontrado un readme, pero no tengo traductor y no entiendo casi nada :S

MSTS Rapid Transit Works--F1 Independent (IND) NYC Subway Route v1.0. by F. Barbieri,
Activities by Fred Barbieri and Joe Korman (http://www.thejoekorner.com mstrainsim@thejoekorner.com)
New York Subway Signals by Hank Sundermeyer. Texturing by Frederick Dreany. Shapes by
John Link and Ron Picardi.

New York City Independent (IND) Subway Route.

This route is prototypical of the 6th and 8th Avenue IND lines from 205th St in the Bronx and 207th St in
Upper Manhattan down to West 4th Street in Lower Manhattan. Protoytpical in the sense that it follows
the track maps and most station designs are typical of the New York System although
not exact renderings of each station. (Please don't count every rivet, it's fairly close)

The 8th Ave line south of 14th Street in Manhattan is two track
instead of four track but the station sequence and track route is prototypical. The
remainder of the IND line is freelance.

The route also includes two freelance IRT lines. A portion of one of the IRT line
is protoypical of the Lexington Ave. line from Bowling Green to 42nd Street.
These lines share storage yards with the IND lines at 205th Street and Smith Street.

Running trains on the IRT and IND lines doesn't matter. You can run whatever you want. However
there is a difference in size between the two types of railcar. The IND R-4,s and R-9's are
longer and wider than most other subway cars. That is reflected in the Island Electric
IRT and R-4(9) IND stock. Consequently, the station platforms on the IND lines are set
further back than those on the IRT lines. You will notice that if you run the R-4(9) railcar
on an IRT line. The car may run into the platform. Conversely if you run and IRT railcar
on the IND line, there is a large gap between the car and the platform.

One note about train lengths. The IND station platforms can accommodate a maximum
of 9 R-4(9) railcar consists. The IRT lines accomodate a maximum 6 car Island Electric
railcar consist except for the section between Queens Plaza and 86th Street. This portion
accommodates a maximum 10 car IRT Island Electric railcar consist.

INSTALLATION

Unzip this download. The following is included for installation:

USA3d Route folder

Included in the route folder is a trainset folder and a consist folder. The trainsets and the
consists are required for the routes activities to run.

Also included in the folder is a release documentation folder with the following:

README INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
README ROUTE SPECIFICATIONS
A route map (F1 IND MAP.jpg)
Suggested slider settings (F1 IND Settings.jpg)

The following are prerequisites to installing F1 IND. It assumes you have not installed
any previous addons. Most addons require xtracks and newroads.

You must download the following. They are available at the the http://www.train-sim.com/ file library.
Some are also available at the UK Train Sim file library.
Install as directed by each file in order for the subway route to run: Always follow the "Readme" files
that come with these downloads for installation instructions.

1. xtracks.zip "MSTS Xtracks V. 3.11 Standardized Edition" or any later version
2. newroads.zip "MSTS Newroads v2.3 Auto-installer" or any later version
3. tsection.zip "MSTS Standardized\Global\Tsection.dat" File Build 00025 or later
4. irtlovem.zip "MSTS IRT Lo-V Early Model Railcars"
5. irt_r22g.zip "MSTS IRT R-22 Grimey Railcars".
6. irtlovwm.zip "MSTS IRT Lo-V Railcars"
7. R4IND.zip "MSTS New York City Independent Subway R4 Railcars"
8. R9IND.zip "MSTS New York City Independent Subway R9 Railcars"
9. MTA_5300.zip "MSTS MTA 5301 Subway Cars"

The first two use automatic installers. The Tsection.dat file replaces the existing one in
your "Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\GLOBAL" folder. Again follow the instructions in the
Readme text files that come with these downloads.

Once the above is complete,

1. Copy the "USA3d" folder to your "Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\ROUTES" folder.
2. Run INSTALLME.BAT with all 6 default routes present in ROUTES. This file is located in
USA3d folder. It may take a minute to copy required files from the default routes.
3. Move the four folders in the trainset folder to your
"Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\TRAINS\TRAINSET" folder.
4. Move the consist files in the Consist folder to your
"Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\TRAINS\CONSISTS" Folder.

GENERAL INFORMATION

There is no third rail installed on the subway lines. In the future there may be a decent third rail
object available or maybe someone will design a third rail track that has the same specs and track sections
as Xtracks. There is nothing out there equivalent to Xtracks in terms of route design capabilites (in my
opinion). You may substitute 3rd rail texture files available in the www.train-sim.com file library for
the existing ones installed on the route. There are several available.

Almost any subway railcar will operate on this route but you must install the R-4(9) IND/IRT and
the MTA 5301 Railcars as directed above in order to explore or for the supplied ACTIVITIES to work.
There are several other IRT Railcar models as well as other models available
in the Train-Sim.com© file library. If you use railcars other than the ones listed above,
you will have to create your own activity.

The route will operate any time of day in any season rain or snow although it is not
intended for winter, rain or snow unless you want to see rain or snow in the subway
tunnel. Not all of the objects have snow textures.

Activities Provided:

4 Explore Activities which cover almost 100% of the route. (No AI Traffic)
13 Route Activities varying in AI traffic covering 100% of the route. Estimated times
to complete activities ranges from about 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The following is a list of the activities included with the route:

Explore IND1
Explore IND2
Explore IRT1
Explore IRT2
IND-207th to 205th
IND-Rush Hour
IND-8th Ave. Local
IND-145th St. to Smith St. Yard
IND-205th St. to 207th St.
IND 205th St. to Park Slope
IND Smith St. Yard to 207th St.
IND-Move Work Train to 207th St.
IRT-205th St. Yard to 88th St.
IRT Night Run-Pelham Bay Pk. to Smith St. Yd.
IRT Night Run-Smith St to 88th St
IRT-Kingston Ave. to Pelham Bay Pk.
IRT-Queens Plaza to 86th St.

LOW FRAME RATES

A lower frame rate will occur on the elevated/above ground portions of this route. You may experience
some stuttering as you move along as the sim loads heavily loaded tiles. The above
ground scenes are frame rate intensive because of dense object placement.
The lower the detail sliders are placed, the better the performance but scenery viewing is affected.
This will vary depending upon your computer as will frame rate when encountering passing trains in the
activities.

In general, lowering the visibility and train texture options will improve performance. Do not run other
programs in the background. Suggested settings are on the F1 IND Settings.jpg file supplied in the
release documentation folder. More tips can be found in the Train-Sim.com forums.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS & CREDITS

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JOE KORMAN AND FREDERICK DREANY FOR THEIR INVALUABLE ASSISTANCE
IN TESTING THIS ROUTE. WITH THEIR HELP, I WAS ABLE TO ELIMINATE GLITCHES TO MAKE THE ROUTE
AS EASY AS POSSIBLE TO INSTALL AND RUN. IN ADDITION, JOE'S KNOWLEDGE OF THE NEW YORK
CITY SUBWAY SYSTEM PROVIDED VALUABLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR BUILDING THE 6TH AND 8TH
AVE. PROTOTYPICAL LINES. THE LAYOUT IS AS CLOSE AS I COULD MAKE IT TO THE REAL THING.

AND OF COURSE, THIS ROUTE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT JOHN LINK WHO DESIGNED THE TUNNEL
CONSTRUCTION, STATION PLATFORMS AND VARIOUS OTHER OBJECTS.

Over time, I have downloaded routes, engines, track from http://www.train-sim.com/ and other
sites. I thank all of you for your time and talent, including:

www.train-sim.com/,UK Train Sim and www3.the-train.de for providing the invaluable forums and library files.
